Next-Generation Energy-Efficient Curtain Wall System
ATF 50S is designed for the construction of lightweight curtain walls, as well as roof structures and skylights. The system is based on a single-profile mullion-to-mullion technology, enabling efficient material utilization and optimization of the entire supporting structure. The innovative profile design, featuring a recessed infill fixing chamber, contributes to excellent thermal insulation performance. A dedicated glazing attachment method creates a smooth, uniform exterior surface with a clean, minimalist appearance. The joints between adjacent glass panes are filled with high-quality structural silicone, ensuring long-lasting durability and weather-tightness. The system offers extensive design flexibility, allowing the creation of façades with complex geometries, including angles, bends, and polygonal layouts. The use of block gaskets and the possibility of aligning profiles and gaskets on the interior side enhance both aesthetics and architectural versatility. For roof applications, a dedicated cover gasket is used to ensure reliable weather protection and watertightness.
The single-profile mullion-to-mullion technology enables efficient material optimization while maintaining a slim and elegant façade structure. Glazing without external pressure plates creates a seamless, minimalist appearance complemented by a narrow and aesthetically pleasing silicone joint. ATF 50S offers exceptional design freedom, making it possible to create façades with varied shapes, including corners, bends, and polygonal configurations. Flush-aligned interior profiles, transoms, and gaskets emphasize the modern character of the façade while ensuring a consistent and refined appearance throughout the structure. The system supports both vertical and horizontal façade lines and allows the integration of top-hung or parallel-opening windows operating independently from the façade. An additional advantage is the quick and straightforward installation process.
