MB-45 is an aluminium window and door system used to construct functional and lightweight internal partition walls. It can be used to make windows, doors opening inwards and outwards, sliding systems, swing doors, automatic doors and smoke-proof doors (MB-45S). This system is very often used to construct vestibules or internal walls in office buildings. The Aluprof MB-45 system is a single chamber system, as good thermal insulation properties are not required in this case. MB-45 is based on a 45 mm wide frame and a 54 mm (windows) or 45 mm (doors) casement. It is most often equipped with single glazing, but it is possible to successfully use glazing packages of up to 34 mm in the case of windows. Using this system, doors of very large dimensions can be made, where the weight of the leaf can be up to 130 kg.
The MB-45 system allows all types of internal structures to be made. It is perfectly compatible with other systems, thanks to which it is easy to design the desired functional solution. The Aluprof MB-45 system is compatible with the MB-SP light sliding system, thanks to which it is easy to combine fixed glazing with doors and sliding systems, adapting them to the requirements of a given space.
The MB-45 system construction allows doors up to 2800 mm high and 1250 mm wide to be made. Designing comfortable access to many rooms becomes child’s play. Thanks to the maximum leaf weight of 130 kg, it is possible to manufacture doors with very large dimensions.
The MB-45 system is an ideal solution for designing internal partition walls. Apart from extensive functionality, it is also characterised by a very favourable price. Comparing its price with the cost of masonry or plasterboard partition walls, its price is very attractive.

In doors, a 1-point lock is most often used due to the fact that they are used inside buildings. |
