System MC Wall
A highly aesthetic façade system
ATF 50 is an advanced curtain wall system based on mullion-transom technology, designed for buildings where high energy efficiency and modern architectural design are key priorities. A specially developed infill fixing zone optimizes the thermal isotherm distribution, resulting in excellent thermal insulation performance for the entire façade. The system allows the construction of both traditional vertical curtain walls and roof skylights. Innovative structural solutions ensure outstanding watertightness and effective air infiltration protection, guaranteeing long-term durability and occupant comfort.
SINGLE-PROFILE MULLION-TO-MULLION TECHNOLOGY
The ATF 50 system is based on mullion-to-mullion technology, where both mullions and transoms are manufactured using the same profile sections.

By recessing the infill fixing bracket inside the profile, a flatter isotherm distribution has been achieved, directly improving the curtain wall thermal transmittance coefficient (Ucw) by up to 20% compared to the AF 50 system. ATF 50 sets a new benchmark for buildings where energy efficiency is a top priority.
ATF 50 has been engineered for fast and convenient installation. The structural solutions used simplify both fabrication and on-site assembly, minimizing labor-intensive operations.
Key advantages include:
ATF 50 offers architects exceptional freedom in façade design, both in terms of form and detailing. The system enables the realization of various façade concepts, including:
A wide range of decorative caps further enhances design possibilities, allowing the façade appearance to be precisely tailored to architectural requirements and individual project visions.

Thanks to a special glass fixing method, the exterior surface of the façade remains completely flat and uniform, creating a modern all-glass appearance. The joints between glass panes are filled with high-quality structural silicone, ensuring excellent weather resistance while creating a narrow, aesthetically pleasing seam. The system does not require external pressure plates, further emphasizing its minimalist architectural character.
A dedicated version of the system has been developed for projects requiring enhanced fire protection performance. The solution enables the construction of flat curtain walls with fire resistance classes EI 30 and EI 60, as well as roof skylights with REI 20 and REI 45 classifications. The high fire resistance is achieved through modern Pelitherm fire-resistant inserts housed within a metal framework and a centrally positioned intumescent gasket that expands when exposed to high temperatures.
ATF 35 is a lightweight mullion-transom system designed for contemporary architecture dominated by large glazed surfaces and a minimal amount of visible aluminium. It is particularly suitable for prestigious projects such as luxury residences and apartment buildings. With exceptionally slim mullion and transom profiles measuring only 35 mm in width, the system creates the effect of a lightweight, almost entirely glazed façade. The solution has also been perfectly matched with the minimalist Aluron AS 178HS ULTRA lift-and-slide door system, enabling the creation of cohesive and elegant architectural designs.
