Star 90 is a three-chamber system for windows and doors with improved thermal insulation. Thanks to the use of special insulating inserts and a thermal separator with a depth of 45 mm, made of solid and approved materials, this system is characterised by a heat transfer coefficient Uf from 0.73 W/m2K. In this system, a new standard for overlapping the profile with the glazing has been applied, which, due to its increased depth, additionally improves the thermal and structural properties of the system. The innovative system of water drainage from the structure not only affects the comfort of use but also the appearance of the product – in the Star 90 system the elements closing the drainage holes are invisible. There is a possibility of fitting the door with a system of roller hinges with a very high bearing capacity.
The three-chamber system for windows and doors Star 90 is characterised by increased thermal insulation. Thanks to the use of innovative insulation inserts, a thermal gasket under the glass, two types of central two-component gaskets and an interlayer insulation insert 45 mm deep, excellent thermal properties have been obtained – Uf ranging from 0.73 to 1.21 W/m2K. The system is built based on a very wide 90 mm frame and 99 mm sash in the window system. As a standard, a 3-glazed package with a thermal insulation coefficient Ug = 0.5 W/m2K is used here. All this makes the Star 90 system an ideal solution for low-energy houses.
The Star 90 system has special wings which make it possible to produce doors with a panel that is flush with the frame – on the outside or on both sides. This makes the door perfectly warm and modern looking. Star 90 is a modern profile system that allows the use of solutions characteristic of renovation profiles (Aliplast Luxus), steel imitation (Aliplast Steel Look) or systems with a hidden sash (Aliplast Vision). Innovative design profiles perfectly blend into modern construction. Profiles are compatible with LuxThermo 90 panel doors.
Windows and doors in the Star 90 system are available in all RAL colours. In addition, they can be made in the Aliplast Wood Colour Effect palette, which perfectly reflects the beauty of wood-like colours, and in the Decoral system, which includes wood-like colours, imitations of marble, granite and other designs. An interesting solution is also the possibility of creating a two-colour construction, where profiles on the external and internal side may have a different colour.
