Aluron AS 75 is a three-chamber system of windows and doors with thermal insulation built on the basis of innovative ANTI-BI-METAL technology. This technology prevents the sashes from deforming when heated by sunlight and at low temperatures. Windows and doors in the AS 75 system can be made in one of four window construction variants and as many as twelve door construction variants. Aluron AS 75 provides a high level of burglary protection – doors in this system can be made in the RC2 burglary resistance class and windows in the RC2 or RC3 class. The Aluron AS 75 system meets the expectations of all current and future thermal insulation standards (including acoustic) as confirmed by independent tests carried out by reputable institutes.
The Aluron AS 75 window and door system is distinguished by the durability of its construction and innovative technical and visual solutions. Aluminium from which it is built guarantees reliability and long-lasting solidity. The innovative ANTI-BI-METAL technology applied in AS 75 eliminates the possibility of deformation of door and window sashes caused by high or low temperatures. For those seeking distinctive solutions, the AS 75 INDUSTRIAL variant is available, designed for industrial spaces and characterised by a special design. It is complemented by a system of flat or three-dimensional glazing bars. In the Aluron AS 75 system it is possible to produce arched constructions (including welded) and all-glass corners.
Thanks to the Aluron AS 75 system’s special construction and new-generation thermal insulators, it achieves good thermal performance. In the case of windows made with this system, the thermal insulation Uw is from 0.67 W/m2K. In the case of doors, on the other hand, this coefficient can be from 0.93 W/m2K.
The Aluron AS 75 system guarantees a high level of functionality. Balcony/terrace doors made using this system feature a low barrier-free threshold to facilitate movement between the interior of the building and the balcony/terrace. The system has also been adapted for use with intelligent buildings (Smart Home solutions).
