Innovative window and door system
Aluron ACS 50 is an aluminum window and door system designed for interior development. This system is ideal for the production of showcases, single and double-sash windows and doors (also in smoke-proof option). The system has the ability to create partitions with mullions as well as postless partitions. ACS 50 uses a frame for the installation of all-glass sashes, and the whole system is characterized by high acoustic and strength properties of the created development.
Aluron ACS 50 window and door system is distinguished by the use of a number of modern technical solutions. The system has a flush plane of the frame and door sash and allows the use of rebate and surface hinges (in doors). ACS 50 allows the creation of arched structures (including welded), provides the possibility of using a feed window in the door, and is compatible with the Aluron ACS 38 system. Thanks to the use of a special design, windows and doors in the Aluron ACS 50 system are adapted to work with intelligent buildings.
Aluron ACS 50 system is distinguished by very good acoustic properties. The acoustic insulation of the doors in the case of this system is even Rw up to 38 dB. Doors in the system can be made in a smoke-proof variant achieving smoke-proof class Sa and Sm.
Windows and doors in the Aluron ACS 50 system are available in all RAL colors. In addition, they can be made in wood-like varnish, as well as in the Decoral system, which includes colors imitating marble, granite and other patterns of your choice.
The most common constructions made in this system are internal or entrance doors. They can be equipped with a threshold or threshold-free solution, including a drop-down seal. These doors can be fitted with 1-point or 3-point hardware, as well as panic hardware. An additional option is the possibility of producing panel doors within this non-insulated system. The system also allows the production of pass-through windows, windows and doors (including arched designs), sliding doors, emergency exit doors, panic doors, panel doors, and corner connections. Based on the ACS 50 system, it is also possible to create all-glass sashes and mullion-free partitions. The system is compatible with the Aluron ACS 38 system, which has a National Technical Assessment.
