The AS 100 PIVOT door system with an offset pivot axis is designed for constructing single- or double-leaf external doors. Its distinctive feature is the offset pivot axis, giving the doors a striking and unique appearance. The system uses eco-friendly TPE gaskets and split anti-bimetal thermal separators, which protect the doors from deformation caused by temperature differences. Door tightness is further improved by an automatic drop-down seal that lowers when the door leaf is closed. The so-called drop-down threshold protects against the penetration of cold air, dust, water and noise. The exceptional design has been achieved by concealing all fastening elements within the system (such as screws and fixings).
The AS 100 Pivot door leaves are available in three infill variants:
with insulated glazing,
with a door panel, also available in the Glass Line version,
with elegant enamelled glass bonded to both sides of the door leaf.
Possibility of combining with side glazing and top lights without the need to duplicate profiles
System compatible with linear drainage solutions
Option to use concealed hinges, an electromotor lock, and Instinct electronic strikes
Doors can be equipped with an elegant LED strip illuminating the door threshold
Access control via fingerprint reader, keypad, remote control or smartphone
Doors can open inwards or outwards
Possibility of equipping the door with a custom recessed Aluron handle
