The Warm-system with many solutions
MB-70 is a window and door system characterised primarily by a very large number of solutions and applications. It is characterised by the 70 mm frame and 77 mm wing (windows) or 70 mm (doors) installation width. Based on this system, windows and doors opening both inwards and outwards can be made. It is also possible to make shop windows, windfalls or windows integrated in the façade. MB-70 also allows windows to be made with a concealed casement on the outside (MB-70 US) and windows with a concealed casement on the outside and a low frame (MB-70SG). An interesting and increasingly popular solution is the MB-70 Industrial system, which looks like steel windows but at the same time retains very good thermal properties. The windows in the MB-70 system can also be incorporated in façades (MB-70CW), as this system perfectly harmonises aesthetically with the whole construction. To complete the wide range of solutions it is possible to make a pivot window (MB-70 Pivot). Moreover, the MB-70 system achieves very good thermal properties due to the use of the HI spacer in the internal chamber and triple glazing package with a warm frame up to 60 mm glazing thickness. Another important advantage of the MB-70 system is its strength and statics – the MB-70 construction makes it possible to manufacture doors with dimensions of 2400 mm in height and 1300 mm in width. The system is characterised by a very good quality to price ratio.
The MB-70 system is very complex, which allows many constructions to be made, depending on their purpose. It is a very good base for architects, who can use it in a simple way to achieve the desired visual effect, while maintaining its very good thermal properties. MB-70 is available in 7 variants (4 for the window system) and (3 for the door system). The constructional variants include the MB-70 Pivot window, a window with a concealed casement on the outside (MB-70 US), a window with a concealed casement on the outside and a low frame (MB-70SG), a window integrated with the façade (MB-70CW) and the MB-70 Industrial system, which looks like a steel window.
The MB-70 door and window system allows creating visually attractive constructions while maintaining very good thermal properties. The reference window in the MB-70 HI system, using a triple glazing package with a Ug = 0.5 W/m2K coefficient, achieves a thermal transmittance coefficient as high as Uw = 1.0 W/m2k.
The casement and frame construction of the MB-70 window and door system ensures excellent strength and statics. Doors of massive dimensions can be successfully made without fear that they will fail to function properly over time. The casements in the MB-70 system may weigh up to 120 kg (windows) or 130 kg (doors).
Windows and doors in the MB-70 system are available in all colours of the RAL palette. They can also be made in metallic structured coats. The offer is supplemented with a possibility to varnish the windows with a wood-like structure. It is also possible to create a two-colour structure.
The MB-70 aluminium door and window construction system is characterised by the best quality-to-price ratio in the market. No other system with so many solutions and such good properties can be purchased at such a favourable price.
